We have been delivering high-quality smoked fish products all over since our inception. Having more than a decade of relevant experience in the given field, we are known for producing both hot as well as cold smoked fish daily products. The fish products that we source and deliver are totally free of chemicals as there is no chemical involved during the “smoking” process of the fish products. We accept only the freshest of fish products through the processing facilities. At Schafer, we purchase fresh Atlantic salmon from the local as well as international aquaculture producers. At the same time, groundfish is purchased domestically as well as internationally. We acquire the finest quality of kippers (herring) and fillets (mackerel) from our own fleet of producers that are purchased domestically & internationally.
